The staff was very attentive. Our cleaner was always sweet. check-in with queeny was super smooth. i especially liked the bed and pillows. it was the best sleep i had during my trip.
i was surprised that hygiene utensils like a comb, razor, and toothbrush were not complimentary. other hotels usually offer them.

The location was great. It was only 2 minutes to fortress hill mtr.
the gym lacked sufficient machines for a proper workout. the pool area offered virtually no space for sun bathing. it was also surprising that i was charged for requesting hygiene utensils, something other hotels offer freely.

I was a bit disappointed by a few things. the promised harbor view from my 'premier king or twin room harbour view' was partially obstructed. I could see the water, though buildings dominated the vista. also, the advertised 'high-speed' internet was spotty, especially during peak hours. i expected flawless connectivity, given the hotel's reputation. though the room was clean overall, i noticed dust in some corners. the television was also too complicated to operate.
