I was a bit disappointed by a few things. the promised harbor view from my 'premier king or twin room harbour view' was partially obstructed. I could see the water, though buildings dominated the vista. also, the advertised 'high-speed' internet was spotty, especially during peak hours. i expected flawless connectivity, given the hotel's reputation. though the room was clean overall, i noticed dust in some corners. the television was also too complicated to operate.

the hotel gifted a bottle of red wine it marked a special occasion staff were thoughtful and friendly the harbour view was good i easily saw the harbour all hotel staff were kind and did their duties maria at check-in gave necessary info about transport and restaurants

I found the breakfast buffet to be excellent. It was a very good value. The room was big and very clean, and the gym and pool facilities served me well. The harbour views were amazing!!!
The hotel charges extra if you need hygiene utensils, like a comb or a razor. Other hotels usually provide these complimentary. This policy surprised me quite a bit.

The hotel is located conveniently close to an MTR station. It only takes about five minutes to walk. I also found Victoria Park and Causeway Bay to be within a short walking distance.

I noticed the gym seemed to have enough equipment for a good workout. There were water dispensers available, which was quite useful. The hotel provided comfortable bedrooms sized well for luggages.
